• UFO drops large objects near San Francisco

    Four witnesses watched and videotaped a "bright orange, triangular UFO" that appeared to drop a car-sized black object as it drifted across the skies over Novato, CA, on the night of July 14, 2013.

    The unidentified reporting witness told the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) that he was with his sister and two friends at their home when he was asked to drive the group on a beer run to a local supermarket.

  • UNMANNED RUSSIAN ROCKET CRASHES AT LIFTOFF

    Russian media reports that an unmanned Russian rocket carrying three navigation satellites crashed shortly after lift-off from the Russian-leased Baikonur launch facility in Kazakhstan on Tuesday, July 2. There were no reported injuries.

    State-run Rossiya-24 television showed footage of the Proton-M booster rockets veering off course seconds after lift-off, rotating and falling apart in the air and crashing in a ball of fire near the launch pad.  (Reporting by Dmitry Solovyov; Editing by Steve Gutterman Reuters)
